Yam cake called "Ojojo" for breakfast.

Good morning everyone,

This morning my little brother decided we should have yam cake called "Ojojo" in my language. They are the ones that decides what we eat mainly so I had to obey.

Grandma introduced us to the food because it is a traditional food. Initially she's the only one that eats it but one day we tried it and it was delicious. Since then we've been eating it but my little brothers love it the most.

Mainly water yam is used for making it, I don't really know why. But sometimes ago I tried using yam and it didn't turn out well as using water yam.

INGREDIENTS USED

• Water yam.
• Grinded pepper.
• Salt.
• Seasoning.
• Vegetable oil.

PROCESS

• First I peeled the yam, cut into small piece then I grate them.

• After grating, I added ingredients like grinded pepper, salt and Seasoning.

• Then I mixed everything with my hand till the yam is all soft.

• After mixing I fried it in section inside a hot vegetable oil till its crispy brown.
