I was with my friends the whole morning. When lunch strikes, one of them declared that she will treat us for lunch, and that she wanted to eat pizza.
Well, it's a treat, so why not indulge?!?
We went into this pizza parlor we haven't tried before, because the place looks interesting!
This colorful tarpaulin sitting outside the restaurant arouse our curiousity. Their food looks appetizing!
The name of the place is Pizza Republic.
Their wall is made of rusty corrugated sheets! Who would have thought of that idea?!? But it's brilliant!!! And so I was amazed. I took pictures here and there.
They also have this machine-like mechanism in the wall.
We ordered Margheritta Pizza and Bolognese. To our delight, they have a special offer of buy one take one! So we have two Margheritta Pizzas! Yehey!
The price is affordable. The buy one take one pizza only costs P188 ($3.75). And the Bolognese Pasta is P200 ($4). Their buy one take one promo starts at 1pm. But, because there wasn't a lot of customers that day, they adjusted it for us, for an hour earlier. Isn't it great!!! We we're so delighted to have such a treat!
And the taste?!? Satisfying! The pasta is rich and creamy.
And the thin crust pizza is perfect! It's not oily nor chewy, instead flavorful and with a crisp.
We enjoyed our pizza and bolognese to our heart's content, that we can hardly get off our seats when we finished devouring it.
