Greetings inhabitants of this vast and beautiful multiverse called #hive, especially to the members of this beautiful #foodies community.
On this occasion and to counteract the symptoms of one of those terrible flu, I decided to use my grandmother's recipe to prepare a delicious chicken soup, following the recommendations of the doctors, that in the event of any symptoms of covid-19 the ideal is to consume plenty of soup and hot drinks, such as tea and some infusions such as linden, guava, etc.
Here is the step-by-step process to make this soup bomb.
I hope you like it, and remember that if you want to know more details, in the comments section, I will answer any questions you have.
We cut the chicken into small pieces, then we peel the victuals, in this case we get Yuca, Chinese and white Ocumo, and squash.
Then we go to the dressing that is the one that gives the special flavor to the broth, we cut the garlic, the onion, the sweet pepper, the chives, all cut to the millimeter so that it dissolves in the broth.
After putting the chicken and the squash part on the fire so that it dissolves and thickens the broth.
We begin:
After boiling the chicken for about 15 minutes, add the finely chopped sweet pepper.
At that time the wind chill in the kitchen was 40 ° C in the shade.
Add the garlic, onion, and part of the chives.
Then we add the vegetables, already peeled and cut into small pieces.
When the vegetables loose, we add the mint, coriander, Spain celery and the rest of the chives.
We add the short pasta.
And finally we add the cornmeal buns.
Already the temperature in the kitchen was unbearable.
Ready, we wait for the buns to float, and voila, to eat!.
We serve with cassava and avocado.
