I think I may have found my new favourite cafe to work in in Hove.
I've had my eye on this one for a while now but I haven't tried it until today. It used to be a travel agents and then was turned into this pretty swish cafe/restaurant.
Firstly they have a great choice of cakes which meant, today, I was unable to resist temptation. This is a vanilla with honeycomb cake.

Sadly it didn't live up to it's promise as it was very, very sweet. I left more than half of it and won't be bothering to take it home which is really unusual for me.

Turns out the internet connection is a bit iffy too. I have to go downstairs to connect and then come back up. That's OK I suppose but it seems my phone won't stay connected so that could be a bit of a deal breaker.
I'm trying to upload the photographs for this post but it keeps disconnecting itself. I've been back downstairs 3 times so far and it's now just disconnected again. Grrrrrrrr!

I like that there's a nice big table for working on though so will probably give it another go. I'm thinking I might try it out for breakfast and morning working.

There are a lot of nice little touches like the comfy chairs and the water.
