Weekends have quietly become my favorite time to recharge—and surprisingly, they’re also my most active days.
I didn't wake up with a plan to chase a big number. The morning started with a relaxed walk, followed by a light jog and a few simple exercises while the weather was still pleasant. There was no rush, no stopwatch, just moving at a pace that felt good.
The rest of the day unfolded naturally. I stayed busy with a few daily tasks, took my usual walk after lunch, and later went out again after dinner. Those short walks have become a weekend ritual. They give me a chance to slow down, notice things I usually rush past, and clear my mind before jumping back into the day.
By the time I checked my tracker that night, I was sitting at 25k steps.
What I enjoyed most wasn't the number—it was how effortless it felt. When movement is spread across the day instead of squeezed into one workout, staying active becomes something you live, not something you schedule.
How do you like to spend your weekends? Are you someone who loves staying outdoors, or do you use weekends to slow down and recharge?
