Weekends have a funny way of either making me completely lazy… or surprisingly active. Today turned out to be the second one.
I started the morning with a relaxed walk, followed by some light jogging and a few exercises. No pressure, no stopwatch, no specific route. Just enjoying the extra time that weekends seem to offer. After that, the day rolled on with the usual activities, but I kept squeezing in short walks whenever I had the chance.
The best part was the walks after lunch and dinner. They weren’t planned workouts—just a way to get outside, stretch my legs, and enjoy a bit of fresh air. Somehow those little walks kept the momentum going all day.
When I checked my tracker later, I was sitting at 21k steps.
One thing I’m noticing from this challenge is that activity feels easier when it’s spread throughout the day instead of packed into one session. A few small walks can be surprisingly powerful.
Day 9/30 complete ✅
Do you prefer getting all your steps in one workout, or spreading them out across the day like little movement breaks?
