Today was a very busy Saturday for my family. Lots of time spent doing the weekly groceries and the kids being their usual testing selves. Much patience required.
Luckily we had some friends around in the afternoon...just an excuse to have a few beers and eat good food.
Got a run planned for the morning. 1 week till my next race.
