Today was a busy day all round. Had to go to my sons school for an event so that was quite a bit of walking around. Then off to the office for a day of work.
Finally this evening I went for a 6.5km run. That was quite an effort as my running partner bailed on me...so I had to find the determination to head out on my own.
Definitely felt better for it though!
