INGREDIENTS:
12 large lemons
Water
Salt
sugar
2 cloves
PREPARATION:
Grate the lemons and cut them in half
Squeeze them, remove the seeds and place them in plenty of water with a little salt; you should leave them like this for three days, change the water with salt every day so that finally, wash them well and cook them until they are soft, once sewed, let them drain well.
place in a saucepan, like the flames, the cubes, cover well with water and bring to boil a few minutes over high heat; add the lemons and cloves; boil over low heat until the syrup is thick.
