Me acompañan mi lápiz y mi papel.
Me encolericé.
Me alegré.
No recuerdo a cuantos ayudé a morir.
I never imagined that my life would end between four walls. With a title of “High Dangerousness” All my life I thought I would have another destiny, but now my days are numbered. My pencil and paper accompany me. I want to tell you about my life since my hobby began.
I was only 9 years old, when my mother gave me that cute kitten, to take it to another home. We had no resources in our home for another mouth.
I took him through the woods, to no home! I threw him into a pit, which I didn't even know how deep it was. At the bottom there was water. So the cute little kitten would be submerged in water until he resisted it and then he would drown. I took pleasure in that. I visited him so many times to hear his meowing until he didn't do it anymore. No one needed him.
So I kept looking for animals to help them with their needs. One day my mother told me that a bird didn't want her baby chicks anymore, so she took them out of their nest. My mom was distraught so I told her I would take care of it. I took the bird and spoke to it loudly.
-If you don't take care of your young, I will come for you and you will pay! - I watched her closely, as I saw the mother bird pull them out of the nest again, pushing them out, and I became angry. I became angry and pulled the mother bird out of the nest and shook her on the ground until she could no longer get up. I said to her.
“See what it feels like to use the power of the strongest?” I took the poor little children in my hands and cared for them. The next day, I looked for the mother bird and found it dead, I was glad. I rejoiced, the mother would no longer harm her chicks. So I grew up always seeking help with my actions.
Later, when I turned 14 while accompanying my aunt to the old people's home, I saw how the old people were left there by their relatives. Some of them were mentally ill, others were sick in the body and could not fend for themselves. So I made a plan to help these people die.
I always accompanied my aunt to the home of the elderly, there were nurses there to help them. I also noticed that the nurses treated them badly. They would beat them and yell at them in secret from the others.
One day I took food to one of the elderly. I put some drops of a potion on him. These were used to quicken the pulse of those who were dying. Those little drops were enough to speed up a horse's heart if not used properly. This is what the doctor told the nurse when he pointed out that the medicine should not be available to everyone and should be well labeled.
I took out in a dropper a few drops for my personal use. I added drops of water instead to the container with the rest of the medicine so that they would not notice the absence of the medicine.
That is how I began to feel relief when the elderly started to die. No one noticed that it was me helping them. I felt a lot of relief from it.
Then I volunteered to help the soldiers. I was an adult and they accepted me. I had to wear a white suit, to look like a nurse even though I wasn't one yet. I liked to go to where the worst off were. In the morning I would listen to them complain about their life. Why such things were happening to them? In the evenings, I would bring them their painkiller, with something else.
Little by little I helped them to die. I just didn't measure up and they began to realize that something was going on. I felt I was smarter than everyone until the one came along who found me with my last drink of helping the needy.
I was judged and now I pay for my guilt. I don't remember how many I helped to die. I only know that I have been called a murderer. I do not feel that I have killed anyone because they were all people who needed help for their ills and I helped them quickly. Young people, children, and old people, all needed a helping hand.
Nobody understood me, my words were of no use. Now that I am deprived of my freedom and you are reading my story, I ask you to put yourself in my place. Together we can make the judges understand that they are wrong. That I was only a relief for those in need.
While I am in these four walls, there are many people who need me and I cannot help them. I am relying on you.
