There are a lot of Chinese restaurants in Japan but I believe most of them are adjusted their taste suitable for Japanese customers.
Meanwhile taste of this restaurant 「姜」runs by old Chinese couple seems to be quite authentic, l think.
I travel to China many times therefore I normally don't prefer Chinese food when I am staying in Japan but my wife do.
We visit here in such mood.

日本にも中華料理屋さんはたくさんあるけど、やっぱり日本人に合うように味付けられてる店が多いと思う。
そんな中「姜」は中国人の夫婦で営業してて、かなり本場の味に近いような気がするな。
中国出張が多いので、日本にいる間に中華を食べに行く事は少ないんだけど、奥さんはそうじゃないので、中華食べたい気分の時には結構ここに行きます。
美味しい料理が非常にリーズナブルです！
