Un cordial saludos amigos de hive, el d铆a de hoy quiero compartir unos delicioso muffin de auyama, una receta f谩cil de preparar no contiene tantos ingredientes, y su preparaci贸n es muy r谩pida con un resultado espectacular.

auyama.
harina de trigo.
mantequilla.
az煤car.
vainilla.
1 huevo.

Preparaci贸n /Preparation
Primer paso tome la auyama le retire la cascara lave y puse a hervir hasta ablandar.
First step: take the pumpkin, remove the peel, wash it and boil it until soft.
Segundo paso: tome un bol agregue 1/2 taza de az煤car y 1 huevo y mezcle hasta integrar, luego a帽ad铆 1/2 vaso de aceite segu铆 mezclando.

Tercer paso: luego triture la auyama y reserve, despu茅s se lo a帽ad铆 a la mezcla con un poquito de vainilla al gusto.

Cuarto paso: para finalizar tome 2 tazas de harina de trigo y con un colador tamice y a帽ad铆 en la mezcla, luego mezcle con movimientos envolventes y agregue la mezcla en una bandeja de ponqu茅s y deje cocinar por 15 min aproximadamente.
