Desde hace algún tiempo tenía esta idea... Pero por cosas del destino aun no me atrevía a llevarla a cabo, pero por fin llego ¡el día! Estaba pensando y meditando mucho en hacer una avena con sabor, parecido a un pie de calabaza y me siento contenta porque creo que esta vez ¡lo logre!

For some time now I had this idea... But due to fate I still didn't dare to carry it out, but finally the day has come! I was thinking and meditating a lot about making a flavored oatmeal, similar to a pumpkin pie and I'm happy because I think this time I'll make it!

Esta es una receta la verdad bastante sencilla los ingredientes que necesitaremos son: 1 taza de avena, ½ taza de agua, ½ taza de puré de auyama (calabaza) ,1/2 cucharadita de canela en polvo, de dos a 3 sobres de edulcorante (endulzar al gusto).

This is a very simple recipe, the ingredients you will need are: 1 cup of oatmeal, ½ cup of water, ½ cup of pumpkin puree, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, two to 3 sachets of sweetener (sweeten to taste).

El proceso es simple preparar la avena como siempre, agregar la canela y una vez que empiece a hervir agregamos el puré de auyama (calabaza) y dejamos que se integren todos los sabores.

The process is simple, prepare the oatmeal as usual, add the cinnamon and once it starts to boil add the pumpkin puree and let all the flavors integrate.

Por ultimo yo adorne o mejor dicho corone el bowl (antes de esto endulza a tu gusto) con chocolate sin azúcar, unas rodajas de banana y frutos secos, yo esta vez no le agregue endulzantes pues para mi con el chocolate esta bien y además yo preparo el puré en el horno con canela y me gusta el sabor natural que es mismo tiene.

Finally I garnish or rather crown the bowl (before this sweeten to your taste) with unsweetened chocolate, a few slices of banana and nuts, this time I did not add sweeteners because for me with chocolate is fine and also I prepare the puree in the oven with cinnamon and I like the natural flavor that it has.
