When you hear the word "ergonomics", what comes to your mind first? Me? The word that pops right away is "comfort". Finally, I can study and attend my class comfortably with my dream ergonomic chair. Now, let me show to you my excitement and happiness as I got my dream ergonomic chair. But, before that, I would like to extend my gratitude to my mom for buying this ergonomic chair. She saw my struggles with my old chair and I'm so thankful she bought my request! Let's go on now, and we'll start with the steps and ways how to assemble this ergonomic chair.

I ordered this chair from the online shopping application Shopee. I was eyeing this chair for I think almost 4 months because it was in my plan to purchase it on Christmas as my mom's gift to me. However, the super typhoon came and it ruined all our Christmas plans. Though I'm still thankful because we are safe during those days (without electricity) and we also went shopping to buy Christmas gifts. I looked for it in malls but they don't have the same design and aesthetic I am looking for. So, I stick with this shop in Shopee and I waited for the right timing so that I can order it. Now, I can't believe I am sitting on this ergonomic chair right now while sharing with you how we assembled it.

When it came, I unboxed it right away. I am very excited and as a result, I assembled it right away. I am amazed by the packaging and you can really see that the product is safe and sound. Upon checking it, we did not see any damage or even scratch on each piece of the chair.

We had to look at the manual on how to assemble it. I'm glad that it did not take us some time to assemble the chair because of the manual and screws which really fit each of the holes.

In just Six Easy Steps

The first thing we did was to attach the roller or wheels of the chair. It is a very simple step because you only need to insert it into a hole where it is supposed to be placed

Second, we connected the swivel gas lift. This piece is the reason why the chair can turn 360 degrees. It will also serve as the lifting mechanism of the chair.

Next, it's time to assemble the upper body part of the chair. Starting from screwing the arms of the chair. This armrest can be pulled upward just in case you want might not want it at some time you are using it.

Now, this step is one of my most awaited parts; connecting the seat and backrest. I can slowly see the form and shape of the chair.

Second to the last step is to attach the seat height adjustment. This is the tool that adjusts the height of the chair. I'm so excited to take you to the last step.

Lastly, connecting the upper and lower part of the chair. At this part, I am really happy to see the chair would be complete.

And the most awaited part is the fully-assembled ergonomic chair I got from Shopee for just two thousand four hundred pesos and that already includes the shipping fee. I am thankful to my brother because he helped me assemble my dream chair and of course, to my mom who buys the stuff that I love. I really owe a lot to her.

Little by little I am slowly achieving the aesthetic vibes I am planning for my desk. I am just so happy because, in the past, I don't care about these things. I am contented with what is served at my table. And with that, I realized that I am already an adult. I already have the adult mindset which is to be ready and prepare myself for the future. I think this will be a good start for me to plan the things that I want to put in my dream home and of course, my dream house! But let me remind you that never forget to have fun.
