It's been 18 hours and 30 minutes since my fast, and kow it's time to have the first meal of the day.
Today I prepared a deconstructed burrito... A burrito without the tortilla.
Even though I have a lot of tortillas in the fridge. Not that am trying to cut down my carbs because I will be having two chocolate chip cream cheese cookies after my lunch.
