Gotta buy a Fitbit. Definitely. Again I didn't track my Activity on my phone because the phone would be in the way of moving. Not all my Fitness pants have pockets. Actually most of them don't. And my micbelt is starting to stretch a bit too much. So the Fitbit integration would be a perfect choice. I just have to go and get one. As soon as I'm doing something else than working, eating and trying to sleep.
I don't know if you can tell, but this photo, in my opinion, shows how exhausted I am. Dark circles around the eyes and so on. I have trouble sleeping because I've been working a bit too much. Or perhaps I should say that too many tough classes. Too much jumping, not enough relaxing and body maintenance classes. Too much too quickly. This autumn season my body has had trouble to keep up with everything. And as I become too exhausted, I have trouble sleeping and that makes things even worse. If I can't sleep enough, my body doesn't recover.
So what to do, as I have to work, and I have only little to say what kind of classes I have. The kind classes that have participants but unfortunately stretching and body maintenance aren't as popular classes as harder fitness dance and kettlebell workout classes. I just have to endure, and hope the holidays save me and I'll get to rest then.
Fortunately there's always eating. As usual, I feel that that's all I do if I'm not working. So things aren't that bad. Yet.
I just have to take things one class at a time. Lift that leg, jump again and again, squat some more and push push push up up up!
So this is my stuff. Well, not all of it, these aren't my kettlebells. Mine are mostly heavier than these. I keep telling my employer that no-one needs 4kg or 6kg kettlebells, but haven't seen new, heavier ones yet. Only the third one, 10kg what I use.
This was the last kettelbell class with this employer. Next one is January 2019. So gradually, one by one, every class will go to a holiday break, and gradually I have less and less classes. Unless I substitute. Because I have to work. But let's not think about that too much.
And of course there's always next year and new schedule. Then everything starts again and I hope next year I have more body balance and body maintenance classes than jumping and dancing. Although I do love dancing. :D
