For Christmas I went to Olanchito which is an inland town about 100 kms from where I live, the weather was much cooler than on the coast going to around 58 in the early morning. The town is home to about 60,000 people and is a bustling little city. This time around they decided to decorate the park with as many lights as they could, seems the power company wanted to place a counter in teh park to charge for the energy, the population said everyone paid for street lights and these were street lights. I really dont know how it will end out but thay put as many lights as they could just to make a point.
