Hello everyone, how are you?. Sukabumi is a small town in West Java Province with a population of over 300.000, it is situated at an elevation of around 500 meters above sea level and enjoys a cool climate.
A few days ago, decided to take a night walk around the main street in the town center. I drove from home and parked my vehicle in the Courtyard of the Grand Mosque. The main road of the small town is A Yani street. It exhibits the typical characteristics of a city center.
Rows of shops, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, banks and other, all serving as hubs for economic growth. I noticed a lively atmosphere at night, when I walked there around 7 pm. The sidewalk were bustling goods, food.
I also spotted a Legendary coffee shop that has been operating since 1953. A reminder of Sukabumi's history during the Dutch Colonial era, when coffee and tea were prized commodities. The shop attractions visitors from the local area as well as from Cities like Jakarta and Bandung.
Flag traders are waiting for buyers, because the community Will celebrate independence day (which took place three days ago). Flowers vendors have prepared a variety of fresh flowers to sell to customers. These flowers are source from the north Sukabumi region.
The support the economy, several bank office are located on main roads both government bank office and private banks. At the end of my evening walk, I stopped at a shop to buy a traditional cake, called kue balok.
Thank you for everything and enjoy your day happily.
