Here I want to share you one of my favorite Indian street food named Samosa.
The samosa has been very popular in South Asian cuisine for the last eight centuries.It has been enjoyed in the courts of Sultans and Emperors, as well as in the streets of towns and cities across India. samosa is a fried or baked dish with a savoury filling, such as spiced potatoes, onions, peas, lentils, macaroni, noodles, cheese, minced lamb or minced beef.
What can be better than biting into a hot, karahi-fried, chutney-coated snack, inhaling in its herb-essenced scent, munching on spicy, meat/vegetable filling, crunching on a coriander seed, tasting that teasing taste of ginger-garlic … you get the picture.
