If you have gone through my profile, you may have noticed that lately I have been sharing various photos that have to do with the purity of nature, a very appropriate environment to go into it and forget everything that generates so much anxiety. Nature makes it possible to fill me with hope and courage, knowing that every day she struggles with external agents and yet, she can remain beautiful, providing peace to those who observe her.

These constant visits to this beautiful place in my city have helped me a lot to take control of my emotions, emotions that for some time ago were very affected, making me believe that I would never be the same woman as before.
Otra de las cosas positivas que sigo disfrutando es conocer personas que ampl铆an mi c铆rculo de amistades, permitiendo a trav茅s de las breves conversaciones conocer un poco de sus vidas, por lo general en est谩s pl谩ticas siempre tratamos de ser positivas y dejar una ense帽anza para el crecimiento personal.
Another positive thing that I continue to enjoy is meeting people that expand my circle of friends, allowing through brief conversations to know a little of their lives, usually in these talks we always try to be positive and leave a teaching for personal growth.
Esta experiencia fue del d铆a s谩bado, aunque el clima no jug贸 mucho a nuestro favor, porque al principio llovi贸, esto no impidi贸 que el d铆a fuera especial. Sentadas algunas bajo techo para no mojarnos, aprovechamos para tomarnos un caf茅 caliente y muy rico que cort茅smente nos ofreci贸 una de las damas. Tambi茅n tomamos una bebida de mango, lim贸n y papel贸n que tambi茅n fue de nuestro agrado.
This experience was on Saturday, although the weather did not play much in our favor, because at the beginning it rained, this did not prevent the day from being special. Some of us sat under a roof so as not to get wet, and we took the opportunity to drink a hot and delicious coffee that one of the ladies politely offered us. We also had a mango, lemon and paprika drink that was also to our liking.
Una vez dej贸 de llover el parque se llen贸 de muchos ni帽os en filas que tra铆an bombas de colores en manos, estaban supervisados por personas adultas que ten铆an actividades de recreaci贸n preparadas para ellos. Tambi茅n hab铆an alrededor de 15 chicas sentadas haciendo dibujos de todo tipo, mientras com铆an de algunos pasapalos que dejaban en la mesa.
Once it stopped raining the park was filled with many children in rows with colored bombs in their hands, they were supervised by adults who had recreational activities prepared for them. There were also about 15 girls sitting around drawing pictures of all kinds, while eating some snacks that were left on the table.
Ver todas 茅stas cosas la verdad me traslada a momentos de serenidad, me siento fresca y afortunada de poder tener la capacidad de tomar decisiones bien pensadas c贸mo est谩s, de darme un tiempo de calidad que me dan bienestar y momentos lindos para recordar.
Seeing all these things really takes me back to moments of serenity, I feel refreshed and fortunate to be able to have the ability to make well thought out decisions like these, to give me quality time that gives me well being and beautiful moments to remember.
