Feliz viernes mi gente bonita de Hive, paso por aquí con el mayor de mis deseos porque se encuentren bien y tengan la mejor actitud. Hoy quiero resaltar el hecho de saber aprovechar cada oportunidad que se nos presenta en la vida y agradecer cada enseñanza.

Happy Friday, my beautiful people at Hive! I'm here with my greatest wish that you are all well and in the best of spirits. Today, I want to highlight the importance of taking advantage of every opportunity that comes our way in life and being grateful for every lesson we learn.

En la familia siempre van a existir las diferencias, bien sea de manera de pensar, de actuar y hasta de demostrar nuestras emociones y sentimientos. Por ejemplo, mi hija Jeraldine y su papá tienen una relación un poco distante, pero como madre y esposa que suelo ser muy observadora, me doy cuenta de las muchas cosas que tienen en común.

In families, there will always be differences, whether in the way we think, act, or even show our emotions and feelings. For example, my daughter Jeraldine and her dad have a somewhat distant relationship, but as a mother and wife who tends to be very observant, I realize how many things they have in common.

Ellos suelen ser poco expresivos en cuanto a sus sentimientos, son de muy pocos abrazos y muy cortos de palabras, sin embargo, son flexibles y pueden llegar a ajustarse o adaptarse a cualquier situación que se presente que los haga salir de sus áreas de confort.

They tend to be unexpressive about their feelings, they are not very huggy and are very short on words, yet they are flexible and can adjust or adapt to any situation that arises that takes them out of their comfort zones.

En momentos de compartir o querer construir momentos especiales ellos pueden dar su mejor sonrisa y sentirse cómodos en el momento. Hoy les hablo de ellos dos en específico porque siento que son lo opuesto a mi hijo mayor y a mí. Pero debo reconocer que con el tiempo han mejorado muchísimo.

When sharing or wanting to create special moments, they can give their best smile and feel comfortable in the moment. Today I am talking about them specifically because I feel that they are the opposite of my eldest son and me. But I must admit that over time they have improved a lot.

Recuerdo con mucha satisfacción que cuando mi hija se enfermó y estuvo hospitalizada ellos hicieron una conexión muy especial. Mi esposo se refería a ella como su princesa y celebraba cada avance de su mejoría, se quedaba por las noche a cuidarla y ella se sentía muy segura a su lado.

I remember with great satisfaction that when my daughter got sick and was hospitalized, they formed a very special bond. My husband referred to her as his princess and celebrated every step of her recovery. He stayed up at night to take care of her, and she felt very safe by his side.

El mensaje de hoy es simple, y lo confirma la palabra de Dios, hay tiempo para todo, para llorar, estar callados, hablar y hasta para reír. Estemos dispuestos a disfrutar cada una de estas facetas inclusive la de llorar, pues está suele purificar nuestro ser y aliviar nuestras preocupaciones.

Today's message is simple, and it is confirmed by the word of God: there is a time for everything, for crying, for being silent, for talking, and even for laughing. Let us be willing to enjoy each of these facets, including crying, for it often purifies our being and alleviates our worries.
