Me disculpan si sueno repetitiva, pero desafortunadamente sigo en mi reposo absoluto, es decir, sin poder salir de casa, sin hacer ningún tipo de oficio, más bien estando en cama lo más tranquila posible, manejando las emociones buenas o malas porque ambas terminan haciéndome daño. Pero seguimos con muy buena actitud, en estos 2 meses y medio, he experimentado muchas cosas difíciles, pero trato de enfocarme en lo bueno y algo que agradezco siempre que estoy enferma es que no pierdo mi apetito, al contrario como mucho más.

Excuse me if I sound repetitive, but unfortunately I am still in my absolute rest, that is to say, without being able to leave the house, without doing any kind of work, rather being in bed as quiet as possible, managing good or bad emotions because both end up hurting me. But we continue with a very good attitude, in these 2 and a half months, I have experienced many difficult things, but I try to focus on the good things and something that I am always thankful for when I am sick is that I do not lose my appetite, on the contrary I eat much more.

Otro ejemplo para dar gracias, son las atenciones de mi familia y amigos que están allí dispuestas a dar dentro de sus posibilidades, pero con mucho amor. Una de las cosas que me indicaron fue comer muchas sopas, especialmente con estos ingredientes: Acelga, espinaca, celery, perejil, cilantro, auyama, apio, plátano verde, cebollín, cebolla, lagarto, pata de res, o de cualquier tipo de hueso, rojo, blanco de cogote. Esta en particular es una sopa especial con alto concentrado de vitaminas, rica en potasio, magnesio, fósforo y una cantidad de beneficios necesarios para mejorar nuestra salud de manera natural.

Another example to be thankful for, are the attentions of my family and friends who are there ready to give within their possibilities, but with much love. Pero una vez que la calientas sientes la misma sensación como si estuviera recién hecha. La que les muestro la prepararon solo con pata de res y lagarto y todos los demás ingredientes.

Por otro lado he disfrutado de sopa de gallina, de picadillo llanero que me ha comprado mi amado hijo en lugares de venta de comida, por supuesto siempre acompañada de la arepa con concha o de nuestro típico casabe.

Para merendar me mandaron a preparar una compota especial, de eso se encarga Jeraldine, siempre que puedo la acompaño con estás deliciosas galletas que me trae mi hijo.

For snack I was sent to prepare a special compote, Jeraldine is in charge of that, whenever I can I accompany it with these delicious cookies that my son brings me.

Otra de las cosas que disfruto mucho es comer empanadas, mi esposo lo sabe y una que otra mañana me sorprende con ellas. Las últimas me las compró mi hijo en una salida que hicimos a la clínica para realizarme unos exámenes, por supuesto requería estar en ayunas, pero luego de salir de allí nos fuimos a comer empanadas, ese día me comí 3, una de carne molida, otra de carne mechada y la otra de pepitona, todas exquisitas.

Another thing I enjoy a lot is eating empanadas, my husband knows this and once in a while he surprises me with them. The last ones my son bought for me during an outing we made to the clinic for some tests, of course I had to be fasting, but after leaving the clinic we went to eat empanadas, that day I ate 3, one of ground beef, one of shredded beef and the other one of cucumber, all of them delicious.

Por aquí verán algo que amo comer hallacas, estas nos las obsequió un vecino muy apreciado, estaban deliciosas😋 también recibí una de mi hermano Alexander y 3 que nos trajo Jonathan, así que no me puedo quejar, en medio de todo lo malo siempre existen cosas que te enseñan la otra cara de la moneta, esa por la cual debemos agradecer desde el corazón, primeramente a Dios y a todos por su bondad y buena disposición.
