A young executive was taking an afternoon nap in an open-air cafe. While busy typing on his laptop, it was a little girl who brought some flower stalks approached him.

"The young man was stunned, how he got a valuable lesson from a small child that work is an honor, though the results are not much but the sweat that dripped from the hard work is a pride.
The young man finally took out his wallet and bought all the flowers, not out of pity, but because of the spirit of work and confidence of the child who gave him valuable lessons is that to day. Not infrequently we appreciate the work is limited to money or wages received. source
Work will be worth more if it becomes pride for us. No matter how small a role in a job, if we do it seriously it will give value to the man himself. That way, every drop of sweat that will flow will be an honor that deserves our struggle.
