Los perros calientes o hot dogs son una de las comidas rápidas más consumidas y aunque no es una comida saludable de vez en cuando se nos antoja y aún más si estamos en una reunión o para un fin de semana con nuestra familia.
El día de hoy les traigo la receta rápida y sencilla de como los preparo en mi casa.
Hot dogs are one of the most consumed fast foods and although it is not a healthy food from time to time we crave them and more if we are in a meeting or for a weekend with our family.
Today I bring you the quick and easy recipe of how I prepare them at home.
Lo primero que hago es dejar todos los ingredientes listos antes de empezar a armar los perros calientes, así que empiezo colocando las salchichas a cocinar por unos 3 minutos en una olla con agua hirviendo.
The first thing I do is get all the ingredients ready before I start assembling the hot dogs, so I start by putting the sausages to cook for about 3 minutes in a pot of boiling water.
Cuando haya transcurrido el tiempo, las sacamos y colocamos a dorar en un sartén o budare junto al pan a fuego muy bajito.
When the time has elapsed, take them out and place them to brown in a frying pan or pan with the bread over very low heat.
Luego tomamos el queso y la zanahoria previamente lavados y los rallamos. Las dejamos a un lado.
Then we take the cheese and the carrot that I previously washed and grate it. We put them aside.
Apagamos el sartén y empezamos a armar.
Abrimos el pan a la mitad y colocamos la salchicha.
Turn off the pan and start assembling.
Open the bread in half and place the sausage.
Luego le agregamos las salsas (mayonesa, mostaza y kétchup), a mí me gusta que queden muy tradicional pero pueden agregarle la salsa que deseen.
Then we add the sauces (mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup), I like them to be very traditional but you can add the sauce of your choice.
Agregamos la zanahoria y las papitas.
Add the carrot and the potatoes.
Por último agregamos el queso y un poco más de salsa para decorar.
Finally add the cheese and a little more sauce for garnish.
Con esto estarán listos estos deliciosos perros calientes.
Es una receta sencilla que muchos hemos hecho en casa, no obstante, esta fue la cena que compartí con mi familia anoche y quería traerles la receta de como los elaboré.
