Aquí te comento con detalles como logré hacerla y los materiales que necesité. Con simples retazos de otros trabajos se pueden hacer lindas piezas, manos a la obra.

Materiales:
Retazos de tela para el forro y el corazón
Encaje
Hilo, aguja y cierre de 20 cm
Materials:
Fabric scraps for lining and heart.
Lace
Thread, needle and 20 cm zipper
Procedimiento:
Primero hice un patrón con las medidas que te muestro
Procedure:
First I made a pattern with the measurements I show you.
Este patrón lo coloqué en las telas y saqué cuatro piezas, dos de forro y dos que son las principales.
I placed this pattern on the fabrics and took out four pieces, two lining pieces and two main pieces.
Les cosí a ambas las pinzas que dan profundidad a la cartuchera.
I sewed on both of them the clips that give depth to the pouch.
Luego hice un corazón y lo pasé por la máquina de coser.
Then I made a heart and ran it through the sewing machine.
Corté este corazón y doblé la tela.
I cut out this heart and folded the fabric.
Debajo de este corazón, coloqué un retazo de tela y lo cosí.
Underneath this heart, I placed a piece of fabric and sewed it on.
Le coloqué alrededor un encaje para realzar el corazón.
I placed a lace around it to enhance the heart.
Cosí una tira.
I sewed a strip.
Luego pegué el cierre
Then I glued the closure
Después de esto, enfrenté las partes separadas y cosí, dejando un pequeño espacio para dar vueltas. Coloqué la tira que cosí anteriormente.
After this, I faced the separated parts and sewed, leaving a small space for turning. I placed the strip I sewed previously.
Así quedó esta pieza, con un corazón que hace diferente a la cartuchera común.
This is how this piece turned out, with a heart that makes it different from the common pencil case.
