Hello Everyone,
Today is week four in flowering for the big cannabis plants in the tent, and week seven for the smaller clones.
I performed some light defoliation to the lower branches of the plants, because right now the buds are in rapid development and I want to focus the main energy to the tops.
Let's have a look at some photos.
Defoliation was not necessary for the plant on the far right. She is from seed instead of clones like the other two, and I am looking forward to seeing how she develops during this time.
Ensuring the canopy is even, I utilize bags of soil or whatever else I can find to even them up on the floor.
I fine tuned the height of the lights and have a perfect 15 inches evenly across all three plants.
This is very important during this stage of bud development and I feel I ensured everything is as good as possible currently.
Some people have noticed the foliage has been on the yellow side.
@derangedvisions had mentioned to me at once point that it could be magnesium deficiency, so I gave them a healthy dose of Cal-Mag and am noticing improvement.
I see a darker green in the foliage, and the overall yellowing is less. @dreamon also noticed the issue.
Do you guys notice an improvement in the color today?
Today I took 149 macro shots of the budding cannabis plants.
Let's have a look at some of them.
Out of the macro photographs today, the ones above are my favorite.
I try to capture magical looking little scenes, and cannabis really provides a beautiful canvas for this type of photography work.
What do you all think of how the cannabis plants are looking?
I would love to read your thoughts in the comment section!
Thank you for stopping by,
Have a great day! -@futuremind
