Day started out nice, weatherwise. When we set out for a nice walk, it was a bit moist, but warm - a few degrees above zero Celsius. If you have to ask, this is warm for a winter here. Thus, no snow has been seen for a while in this part. I think we were a decent kilometer or two away from home, when it started raining and the wind picked up.
I recall I used to hate this kind of weather, but since I have been experimenting with cold water, my body behaves bit differently, I can feel it producing more heat at times, is also more resilient to cold and and otherwise awesome. And I have to say, today I felt nice with a warm jacket and somehow the cold raindrops beating against my face felt nice too. If we weren't in a hurry, we could have taken the more scenic routes, but since we had visitors coming, we beelined back home, after visiting the grocery store.
And now, finally some snow! Of course, after a 15 minute snow, it was evident that the groudn was too warm as it was still snowing but the ground was still clean. But it starts to feel like winter again, sitting indoors warm and cozy, with mild snowfall outside.
