I fell off the bird, as it soared through the air,
I sailed to the ground, like I just did not care,
Then the bird caught me, and I lined itβs nest,
I was great nest decor; the best of the best!
Then change arrived, with a crack of an egg,
For the babies to not trample me, I had to beg!
One, day I got thrown out of there,
The wind blew me into a weird creatureβs hair!
Then she grabbed me and took me with her,
I was so scared, I thought sheβd scream βGRRR!β
βOh no! Uh oh!β What would I do?
I was closed inside a big scrapbook of blue!
βOh my goodness!β I had to get out of there,
For I was her souvenir of the country fair!
There I was: a feather of a bird,
How could I be part of something so absurd?
I thought and I thought, to find a plan,
