It’s strawberry season and there are so many treats around. Berried in my strawberry muffin cup is a special kind of homemade tea that I really enjoyed.
I’ll tell you more about it later.
I’ll share with you some of the treats I’ve been seeing around.
This big berry caught my eyes at the supermarket. By the way, strawberries aren’t actual berries, are they?
I drew closer to the section and saw some wine. And yes, the fruit itself was in abundance and by the fresh produce section.
At a department store, were some kind of snowman-cheese cake with strawberry-noses. They looked quite yummy and fitting for the cold season.
One afternoon, I picked up
a slice of pound cake by the convenience store. It was a quick after-work snack that went well with tea. I was expecting more of a strawberry flavor but just got a hint of it.
So, what was berried in my cup?
I used freshly grated ginger to make some ginger tea, chopped up a slice of pineapple and watched as the pieces fell to the bottom of my cup. This was really warm and refreshing. I enjoyed munching on the pieces of fruit while and after drinking tea.
Pineapple-ginger tea is my new special. Both ginger and pineapple are good for digestion of foods. It (the tea)was berry, I mean very good.
Thank you for stopping by to read my post. Have you tried pineapple-ginger tea? Have a go and let me know what you think. Please comment in the box below. Have a great day. 😀
