Greek cake
Need:
1 large biscuit box
150 gr cooked biscuits
750 ml of milk
150 gr. Neapolitan Chocolate Chips
200 ml of milk
20 grams of gelatin
6 Powder Powder for Cream
½ 2 kg of sugar
½ l milk
Preparation:
In the fire pot we throw 300 ml of milk and half a pound of sugar. Mix with the kitchen wire, so that the sugar melts faster. In the container with the remaining milk, we throw the gelatin and mix it with wire. Mixing uninterruptedly with wire, add the smoked gelatin in the pot with the poured milk.
In deep pots we throw 750 ml of milk. Add the powder for the cream. Let's beat it with the mixer until the cream gets the density right. Then add the cooled gelatin to the container. Mix with kitchen wire.
We put one third of the mass into two containers. In the first cream container we add chopped tomato chives and mix with spoonfuls. In the second dish we add the cooked cookies and mix with spoonfuls.
In the deep dish, which we will use as a paste, we make a sheet of plastic and pour it to the extent with the chocolate napolitans. Above we put the cream left in the deep jug. Above we pour the cream with cooked biscuits.
In deep pots we throw 200 ml of milk. We put each biscuit in milk and put on the cream with cooked biscuits.
We put the pot in the fridge. After compressing the cakes, we pull the container out of the refrigerator. We open the edges of the plastic sheet and put the container back over the plate for the cake. We remove the plastic sheet. With spoon, over the cake we pour molten chocolate.
