1 kg of big salt
Spice mix: smoked paprika, pepper, seaweed, dehydrated onions in flakes.
1 clove of garlic

Steps
After having well washed your sea bass, stuff it with cherry tomatoes, spices and garlic. Brush with the mixture of Evo oil and spices that you have prepared before - both externally and internally. Cover everything with large salt and cook in a hot oven at 180 ° for about 30 minutes.
