Hi everyone! How's your life? I hope u all very well as always.

Today, i'd like to tell u about how to make Indonesian rice pudding. Wait a second... Have i mentioned the name of that food before? Oh yeah, i've mention it in my previous post, which is about the marrow porridge. Well, these two foods seem similar, even the way they're made. But there are some ingredients that make them different. Or u could say, i just made another variation of the marrow porridge. So here's the recipe.

Ingredients

Rice pudding :
• 50 grams of rice flour
• 95 grams of mung bean flour
• 65 milliliters of coconut cream
• 5 drops of green food coloring (or any color)
• Pinch of salt
• ±1 liter of water

Sugar sauce :
• 40 grams of brown sugar
• 80 grams of sugar
• 250 milliliters of water

Procedures

First, prepare a pan. Then pour all the rice pudding ingredients into it, except coconut cream. Pour only half of the coconut cream.

Then stir it well.

After that, put the pan on the stove. Cook over medium heat, but reduce heat when it starts to get hot. Cook for about 30-40 minutes while keep stirring.

When it reaches half of the duration, add the rest of coconut cream. Then stir it again.

After 30 or 40 minutes, turn off the stove. Let stand a few minutes until the texture becomes a bit dense.

While waiting, make the sugar sauce. Pour sugar, brown sugar, and water into a saucepan. Cook until it boils, stirring until completely mixed.

And lastly, put the rice pudding into a bowl. Then serve it with sugar sauce. Your rice pudding is ready!

Okay, that's all the recipe of Indonesian rice pudding. It's so easy, isn't it? Alright, thanks a lot for your visit.

See u again in my next post!
