Great post! I mostly use dynamic warm-up exercises, and I can say that it has good results.

The program looks cool I'm just wondering how long do you rest between sets?

In my opinion, it's ok to start lifting at the age of 13 but just the basic exercise and mostly by using your body weight for lifting.

That's a great workout for someone who is on the juice (steroids) but in my modest opinion its too much load for one training
