Off day today. I was in bed all day. I don’t know why but I felt very sleepy. I didn’t take any medication too. I slept fine yesterday and today, still sleeping. Thank God for life, maybe I needed the rest. My leave has been approved so I will start on Thursday. I might have to go on walks or I won’t make the 5k minimum step counts daily. Maybe I will frequent the gym too.
