And then came the gray hair

And then came the gray hair, gray as silver, adorned with wrinkles, like furrows in the earth, telling stories of a life lived with intensity. The heart beating strongly, yearning for peace, like a thirsty deer in the savannah.

In her eyes, like the shadow of a cloud, folds of a yesterday that left and gave way to a tomorrow that arrives without haste. Her smile, mysticism of silence, whose witnesses were almost nonexistent, trembling hands with her earthy skin.

Thoughtful. Silent. Images that come and go from memories that are almost not remembered.
