Guess what? Do you know this place? This is a French restaurant where you can enjoy French foods. The crepes are soo good and they have a good wifi. :)
Tymad means “good house” or “good restaurant” and comes from a Celtic language in the south of France.
Tymad serves glorious French food that the chef personally cooks for you. It’s a small place, just the perfect size with enough parking up front. It’s simple and chic – my kinda place. I have been here several times but have never actually had anything but the dessert. Maybe next time. For now, let me confess my sugary sins.
Vanilla Cheesecake
I first came to Tymad with Ze fiance and begged him to take me to Tymad for dessert, as my friend was raving about their crepes.
Here i ordered, crepe cordon bleu galette bretonne (P380). Salted crepes, forest ham, and Emmental cheese.
When we think of crepes, we think of the sweet version filled with whipped cream or Nutella. As much as we love the dessert version, the savory crepe cordon bleu galette bretonne was a welcome and pleasant departure from our usual.
Croissant (P60)
Please order the croissant, absolutely great. The outside of croissant is crispy but soft in the inside. Their freshly baked croissants were heaven! You get that golden brown, flaky crust with soft feathery layers of dough and a hint of butter and sweetness.
Overall, one of the best French meals we’ve ever had in Cebu.
Their heavenly pastries–the croissants, chocolats, and kouign amann–really made our experience memorable, so make sure to try them all!
