Salmon sandwich
Finally the mushrooms are coming here, the beginning of the summer was very dry and many mushrooms have not yet come here, but for that I found these two edible mushrooms that I have always eaten... I hope I say this mushroom name properly in English .. Lactarius deterrimus and in Estonia we say it is Kuuseriisikas :)) ... it is very good one, and you can fried immediately this, it does not need to be boiled several times, fry with butter and garlic, which gives it the best taste.
I made a light salmon sandwich with this mushroom.
