Recovery Day 7 - Shopping tour... my training diary entry from June 13 2026

Hi Actifitters,
today's report will be brief again. Apart from a shopping trip with my wife, not much happened yesterday. Since we’re having guests over today to watch the Germany vs. Curaçao match together, my wife needed a lot of ingredients for dinner. So, we went from supermarket to supermarket, which ended up clocking me over 12,000 steps. Actifit has, of course, once again recorded too few steps.
Since I’m going to be consuming quite a few calories before and during the football match today, I’m going to do a bit of a workout in a moment. Unfortunately, I can’t do all that much yet, but working the upper body is better than nothing.
