Hi Actifitters,
yesterday, I focused primarily on my core stability. To wrap things up, I did a few sets of push-ups. Since my shoulder responded well to the initial tests, I am going to give it another shot and follow the push-up training plan that I had previously followed intensively months ago.
While back in January I still managed over 50 close-grip push-ups across five sets, yesterday I only did 30.
Finally, I sat on my smart trainer for another half hour and completed a workout suggested by Zwift.
Since I’m invited to a wedding reception today - and there’s sure to be good food and plenty to drink - I definitely need to burn off some calories beforehand. And since the best way to do that is on the bike, I’m going to pick out a sweat-inducing route on Zwift.
