Hi Actifitters,
yesterday, alongside a few push-ups, the "Climb of the Week" was on the agenda.
As far as the push-ups go, I’m still in the process of testing just how much I can do without getting problems with my shoulder. So far, things are looking good.
The "Climb of the Week" really worked up a sweat. Sustained climbs are simply a challenge every single time. But it’s always a great feeling once you’ve gritted your teeth and pushed through.
Here are a few stats from the workout:
Duration - 0:56:51
Distance - 18.73 km
Elevetaion gain - 567 m
Average speed - 19.8 km/h
Maximum speed - 77.1 km/h
Average power output - 206 watts
Maximum power output - 295 watts
Average heart rate - 137 bpm
Maximum heart rate - 161 bpm
Average cadence - 79
Maximum cadence - 97
Today, we are heading back to the mountains. My wife, a friend, and I are going up the Wendelstein, the highest peak in the Mangfall Mountains. We were there once before, a year ago. It is a very beautiful hike, on which I am sure I will once again be able to take many great photos for my upcoming reports.
