(Here is another photo from my walk in Berchtesgaden on May 2nd. It’s a pity I didn’t take the shot from a bit lower down, so as to capture the beautiful mountain scenery more centrally.)

Hi Actifitters,

since I had concerns about my hamstring, I took it very easy yesterday and limited my training to a 30-minute cycling session in Zone 1. This allowed me to keep my legs moving while sparing the muscle—and even promoting recovery. Given that Garmin had already been recommending a rest day for a few days, I don't think it was such a bad idea, either.

Actually, no cycling session was on the schedule for today, as this morning we’re heading out for a short hike to a monastery inn to celebrate Father’s Day there with some delicious food and a few beers.

However, since I tumbled out of bed way too early today, I still have plenty of time. So, I’m going to go pedal a few more kilometers right now. Since Actifit counts steps even while cycling, today could turn out to be a very step-heavy day. I’m curious to see how it goes.
