Hi Actifitters,

since a stressful day at the office awaited me yesterday, I had to set my alarm clock again for the first time in a long while. As a rule, I rely on my internal clock, and that usually works out quite well. Yesterday, however, I had important appointments at the office that I absolutely had to attend—and so the alarm went off far too early.

In theory, I could have slept for another hour, but then I wouldn't have had any time for exercise. So, before work, I quickly hopped on the bike for an intense, but unfortunately too short session. Here are the training stats:

Duration - 0:47:14
Distance - 24.69 km
Elevetaion gain - 155 m
Average speed - 31.4 km/h
Maximum speed - 62.6 km/h
Average power output - 202 watts
Maximum power output - 570 watts
Average heart rate - 143 bpm
Maximum heart rate - 172 bpm
Average cadence - 87
Maximum cadence - 121

Tuesday is always the day when challenges are updated on Zwift, so today brings the new "Climb of the Week" and the new "Route of the Week." I don't know yet how challenging these two sessions are, as I haven't launched Zwift yet, but I will likely complete both challenges today.
