This is a really good Italian restaurant here in Vegas. I got the salute signature pasta with meatballs. First they bring out the cheese wheel where they pour in vodka and light it in fire to melt the cheese and then they add the pasta. They twirl the melted cheese on the pasta and then serve it. The meatballs are on the side and you can add them after it is done. It's in a spicy marinara sauce. It is really good, if you are in Vegas give this place a try.
