Munching is good but it will be more good if you have healthy version of eating. Clean eating is must to stay healthy and active. Today, I came with an energy booster recipe named as Granola Bars. We all know that we have readymade granola options which we can eat with greek yogurt in the morning but I made it as a bar for munching now and then.
This recipe has included all healthy ingredients which is much needed for a healthy lifestyle. It doesn't only provide you energy but your skin will glow with this clean eating habit. If you ever craving an odd time then you can have this.

Granola Bars
Granola Bars is a combination of all healthy dry fruits which we mostly used for munching especially in winters. I just combined everything together which will work as an energy booster. You can have one or two in a day to boost up your energy level if you feel low or not. Choice is yours!
Let's get started with recipe:
⚡️ Ingredients:

| Old Fashioned Rolled Oats | 2 cups | |
| Chopped Mixed Dry Fruits | 2 cups | |
| Pumpkin Seeds | 1 cup | |
| Sunflower Seeds | 1/2cup | |
| Flax Seeds | 2 tbsp | |
| Honey | 1/2 cup | |
| Seedless Dates | 1 cup | |
| Melted Dark Chocolate | 200 gram |
💫 Method:
- Take a pan, dry roast old fashioned oats and keep aside
- Dry roast dry fruits and keep aside
- Now add all roasted ingredients into a pan
- Blend seedless dates and add it into a pan along with honey and mix very well
- Pour this mixture into a flat dish and levelled up with the help of potatoes masher so the mixture stick together very well
- Set this dish aside until it gets cold completely
- Melt the dark chocolate and pour this on the levelled granola
- Put the dish into fridge for an hour then cut into bars or whatever the shape you like
Pro Tip: Please put the bars into an airtight jar and place it in the fridge so you can use for a month at least
