|Loneliness| Death of a loved one What now?
My dear friends of emotions and feelings, I greet you from my love, hoping that everything is going very well in your lives.
Today I want to talk to you about the loss of a loved one, when they pass on to another plane outside (depending on your spiritual belief).
We all have losses; as children we lose our favourite cuddly toy, a tooth and tell me when we lose our innocence with the existence of the lord of the gifts, oh my goodness, does anyone prepare us for that? Not at any time.
I think it is at that stage where there is no accompaniment in the face of loss and so we go through life, losing without explanation or consolation because "it's part of life" 馃枻馃挃.
Speaking of losses, then there is also the loss of loved ones. How difficult it is to say goodbye to someone we love, esteem, cherish and who one day is no longer there for us.
It is even difficult to write it without shedding a tear or letting go of the keyboard for a moment to breathe and continue the story, I confess this as I write.

(Alguna vez lo le铆 por all铆).
驴Qu茅 pudo pasar?
驴Qu茅 se pudo haber hecho?
Story of a loss
"The surest thing we have in life is death".
(I once read it somewhere).
In my case, my life has not been full of close human losses. I don't know if it's because of luck or ignorance, but when I was little, I had my grandparents alive (supposedly the first to be lost). I lost them as an adult, but beyond accompanying my parents, it was not something that had any effect on my emotions because they were not very close. I congratulate all those who remember them with love and affection
Most of my uncles, cousins, brothers, are alive Thank the Lord! And those who are no longer on this plane, said goodbye as I see it "with notice", leaving no surprise and no taste.
That situation had not happened and when I saw someone who suffered a loss I just said:
"My heartfelt condolences" in reality What will that be? If you know, please clarify it because I can't even make sense of it.
A week ago this bubble changed because an aunt died.
I'm not going to say she was my favourite aunt because that would be a lie and even disrespect her memory. What is certain is that she died and as a family, we were united in that moment of grief.
I can say that she suffered, the disease consumed her, her family and protector did their best to preserve her life, the doctors worked against the clock, however, she left this world when we least expected it.
What could have happened?
What could have been done?
What would have happened if such a thing had been done?
I wish I had an answer, although I believe that what happened is the only thing that would have happened if other actions had been taken or done.
What now?
Suffering, sadness and pain are present at this moment. The hours of agony, the guilt, reciting the person's last moments over and over again as if it were a movie, keeps these emotions at the "surface".
I think I felt sad and I identified myself because now as an adult and mature I thought: Who will mourn me? Who will remember me? How will they remember me? What will my death even be like?
It is inevitable to think: Who will be the next person? Because there I could notice that most of my affections already have grey hair, pains and complaints, and their almanacs already have bills
Thinking about this I say "death has come for others, but I'M STILL ALIVE AND I'M STILL HERE" so what am I doing for myself today?
"Giving condolences", "accompanying in grief", "writing encouraging messages, uniting as a family were some of the actions we have taken in the face of this unexpected but inevitable event.
Now, your children, husband, granddaughter? Those who truly suffered the loss? Now what is left for them?
I recommend you do what you want to do; if you want to cry, do it, if you want to be alone for a few days, do it, if you want to be sad, be sad because you lost a loved one and that hurts.
I would also tell them that before living with guilt or accusation, live in action, and in the memory of everything possibly human that you did for that person, for that loved one. You cared for them, you fed them, you clothed them, you gave them some unique moments, so feed on those beautiful memories.
And finally, if you feel that the situation is overwhelming you and is altering your health, even though it is a loss, seek help, grief must be treated so that you do not remain tied to that pain.
Y 驴Ahora qu茅?
驴Qui茅n me recordar谩? 驴C贸mo me recordar谩n? Incluso 驴C贸mo ser谩 mi muerte?
Ahora 驴Sus hijos, esposo, nieta?
We are not eternal and death will come, yet despite knowing that, words of encouragement are not enough when you know that someone will not return.
That is why we must cherish every moment in the here and now, help those in need, share with our families, take time for ourselves, among so many actions that we would like to leave in the memories of others when we leave this world.
Let's not wait until we are no more, for regrets and guilt, let's live life with purpose and honouring those beings to whom we gave the best of ourselves.
