An Indo-Dutch Classic
Well, Friday is upon us, and in the Netherlands it's a little tradition to have a take out at the end of the working week, but I've decided to 'take in' a good suggestion to cook a naughty treat instead. This spring roll like snack is called the Loempia and it's made by favourite company De Vegetarische Slager and I must admit, this snack is awesome, especially with Asian ketchup!
Out of the packet and into the pan
These Loempia's are so easy to cook and I'd settled for a shallow fry instead of the deep fried option, still really good and very steamy in the middle.
Served with Soy Sauce Ketchup
And that is that, less that five minutes and quicker than a meal being delivered, nice!
