How paralyzing, stressful and not-fun it is to be so concerned how others view us?!
I find (yep! Still!) myself second guessing my moves and thoughts in relation to how others will then view me. BUT THEN.... I shake my little head and said screw it! & do my thing!!
When you give yourself that love... life gets so much damn better, happier and more fulfilling! So if you find yourself second guessing taking that #selfie at the gym...
