I think uts been quite some times since the last time i talked about tea. That is because lately i am into trying to familiarize myself with coffee so i skip tea a lot of times. Since today is a good day with a good weather, i think that its gonna be a perfect time to make my own tea. So, i choose to have one of 7 random tea thaf i bought last time. Not only that, before preparing for the tea, i asked my brother to webt outside and buy some snacks as the pairing for my tea.
This is the tea that i make. As i bought this as a random tea, i didnt get noticed whats inside each bag. From what i see, the only thing that i can recognize is the sunflower. I have never try tea made of sunflower so i was really surprised when i see it. This is the beauty of buying tea randomly like this, we never know what we will get inside. The tea have a light taste and it have a little bit bitter taste in there. The color of the tea in the beginning is light yellow but as time goes by it turns to be a bit brownish. So far, i only taste two tea out of 7 random tea and i like this one more compared to the other one before.
This all are the snacks that i chose to be the condiments of my tea. As we can see there’s few variant in here. The first is rolled egg, next is spiraling chicken sausage, meatball tofu, bakso kojek (meatball kojek) , and rujak (mixfruit). Usually, i paired my tea with something sweet. But today, i feel like i want to have something different. This is why i choose to have savory and spicy condiments of my tea. I dont think that its not a good match. I am happy with the results.
