If I am not mistaken, today is not just christmas but also my Hive birthday. So I want to use this opportunity to say thank you to some people who helped me stay here for 8(!?) years already. As I write this post, I have 32,343 HP. I believe that I hoped to reach at best 20-24HP this year and only surpassed that goal with your support. So that is another reason why I want to say thank you.
@tarazkp and @galenkp thank you for your interesting posts that prompted me to engage with you and others. In particular, thank you for the Weekend-Engagement topics and Sunday Funday posts. Seeing so many people gather in one post and engage with it even when prices are low gives me hope for a better future of Hive. Also thank you for showing me the power of staking HP. Without your examples, perhaps I would be like many others- extracting all the Hive I earn? But I think that by watching you two increase your stake during bull and bear markets, I learned some things about investing. Thanks to your examples I hope to become an Hive Orca one day. And during better markets that could mean a lot to me.
