Pyrography (burning on wood) and watercolor. 2026. This was not my first intention, but now I think this piece resembles stained glass. My first serious work with watercolor. It took me 12 days.

I am getting close to finishing this piece. But will I finish it today?

This time watercolor surprised me. I touched orange area that I painted yesterday and it was not fully dried yet. Witch acrylics this never happened. But on the positive side I like these colors.

Future plans - my biggest creative project yet. 152.5 x 76 cm. My last few recent works were on 76 x 50cm...and each of them took (or takes) almost two weeks. How long will this one take? A month or more...I

Yesterday was a very productive day- I finished burning this piece. Then I primed it and finally I started coloring it with watercolors.
